It is with great excitement that we announce the relocation of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health service from 28-30 Brady St, Elizabeth Downs to our new Paralowie clinic at 220 – 224 Waterloo Corner Road.
Farewell to our Elizabeth Downs Clinic
While we are saddened to leave our Brady St clinic, which has held such a special place in our hearts and within the Nunkuwarrin Yunti community for over 30 years, we are filled with excitement for this new chapter.
The last day for appointments at our Brady Street clinic will be Thursday 27 Feburary.
Opening of the new Paralowie Clinic
Our new location will officially open to the community on Tuesday 4 March. We are eager to welcome everyone into this wonderful new space and continue providing our vital services.
This modern, purpose built medical facility has a number of consulting rooms for our GPs, counsellors, nurses, health practitioners and other services. There is also a large carpark at the back of the clinic for safe, off-street and accessible parking.

Services available at the Paralowie Clinic
We will continue to provide the following services from our new location on Waterloo Corner Road:
- GP appointments
- General health checks
- Chronic disease management
- Mental health support
- Women, children and family health support
- Visiting specialists
Help to find us
- Our new clinic is located diagonally across the road from the Salisbury North shops and is near the Paralowie R-2 School.
- Our Women, Children and Family Health location remains on the corner of Trinity Crescent and Waterloo Corner Road.

Additionally, we are thrilled to invite you to our official opening day on Monday, 24 March, 11:00am to 2:00pm.
This will be a fantastic opportunity to showcase the new site and highlight the amazing programs we offer to our community, stakeholders, and staff.
