We’re pleased to announce a new service available at 182-190 Wakefield Street, Adelaide to better serve our community. Starting Wednesday 16 April, 2025 we will have a Justice of the Peace (JP) available on-site every Wednesday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
What is a Justice of the Peace?
A Justice of the Peace is an independent and impartial person appointed by the Governor to witness statutory declarations and affidavits, take affirmations and oaths, and certify copies of original documents. They play an important role in the legal system by providing these services to the public.
If you require the services of a Justice of the Peace for document witnessing or certification, simply visit our Wakefield Street clinic during the designated hours on Wednesdays. No appointment is needed. Just come in with your documents and valid photo identification.
