Nunkuwarrin Yunti provide specialist services, work with the Aboriginal community to tackle smoking, general clinic care to the community, options for pregnant Aboriginal women, and chronic care management.


Nunkuwarrin Yunti provides free Dental Services for Aboriginal adults and children who receive health services at Nunkuwarrin Yunti and non-Aboriginal people who are immediate family members of Aboriginal clients.


Specialist Services

Nunkuwarrin Yunti provide a wide range of Allied Health and Specialist Services through a multi-disciplinary team based approach, ensuring all clients are able to access best practice primary health care.


Tackling Smoking

Nunkuwarrin Yunti recognises that exposure to tobacco smoke is a health risk and recognises the negative impact smoking has on the health of the Aboriginal community.


General Clinic

Nunkuwarrin Yunti provides general clinical care by a team of Community Health and Aboriginal Health Workers, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, General Practitioners and Registered Nurses.


Maternal Child and Family Health

Nunkuwarrin Yunti provides a range of programs to support women, children and families during pregnancy, after birth and until children are 5 years of age. This includes non-Aboriginal women having an Aboriginal baby and caring for Aboriginal infants and children.


Chronic Conditions Management

Nunkuwarrin Yunti provides a care coordination service to support clients to manage their chronic condition. The team includes an Aboriginal Health Practitioner and Aboriginal Health Worker and supports clients to understand their health needs.
