Nunkuwarrin Yunti has been selected as the health partner for the Connected Beginnings initiative, working alongside Kaurna Plains Children’s Centre and Kura Yerlo Children’s Centre to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families. Through this partnership, we aim to improve access to early childhood education, maternal and child health, and family support services, while strengthening school readiness and supporting children to successfully transition from kindergarten to primary school.
