Strong Mums Solid Kids (SMSK) offers continuity of care throughout the maternal and child health journey – from pregnancy to early childhood (up to 5 years of age). SMSK works alongside Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families to support children to get the best start in life and grow up strong and healthy.
